Analyst, Product & Research

Street Diligence is seeking a Product & Research Analyst to join our growing team. Are you interested in finance and analytics? Do you want to help build out and streamline our due diligence and negotiation platform? If so, you’ll relish being an addition to our promising venture.

Account Executive (Real Estate)

Are you an entrepreneurial individual interested in a high-growth startup?

Street Diligence is seeking a salesperson with a track record of success in sales and experience in commercial real estate. Our technology & product is unique and growing in the marketplace, so this is a greenfield sales opportunity with plenty of room to grow.

Are you an experienced sales professional in commercial real estate and in search of lucrative commissions? Can you effectively work within a small team of sales professionals? Do you want to participate in a fast moving, innovative company with tremendous upside? If so, you’ll relish being an addition to our high growth venture.

At Street Diligence you will:

• Sell our SaaS product to prospective clients in real estate

• Execute full life cycle of the sale from prospecting to lead generation, to demo, to driving usage, to close

• Upsell our product to existing clients

• Identify and position the product to a variety of users

• Work with a growing team of sales professionals and lead generators

This role is for you if you have/are:

• Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to perform and make a difference; sales mindset

• 2+ years of sales experience

• Successful track record with closing deals and generating revenue; preferably in B2B sales

• Experience working with the commercial real estate market a strong plus

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution

Director of Operations

Are you an experienced operations professional looking to join a growth-stage innovative SaaS company?

Street Diligence is seeking a Director of Operations to manage internal operations. We are a high-growth, well-funded venture with an innovative product offering and ambitious expansion plans. Our software platform is used by leading financial institutions and corporations to analyze and negotiate advantageous terms in contracts. We seek an entrepreneurial, driven individual to lead, grow and manage our internal operations, including product development and expansion.

At Street Diligence you will:

• Direct and manage our teams focused on client deliverables and projects, including resource planning

• Lead implementation and maintenance of product development and efficiency improvements

• Craft our company’s internal operations strategy including, staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

• Communicate and manage across functional teams to deliver on stated goals

• Manage staffing and office related needs

• Motivate, lead and train members of our team

Director of Sales – Government Contracting

Are you an experienced government contracting sales professional looking for a lucrative opportunity?

Street Diligence is seeking a salesperson with a track record of success in government contacting sales. Our technology & product is unique and growing in the marketplace, so this is a greenfield sales opportunity with plentiful room to grow.

Are you experienced in sales with an ability to execute the entire sales process and in search of lucrative commissions? Can you work effectively and independently while helping grow our DC office? Do you want to participate in a fast moving, innovative company with tremendous upside? If so, you’ll relish being an early addition to our high growth venture.

At Street Diligence you will:

• Execute full life cycles sales for our clients in government contracting from prospecting to demo to driving usage to close

• Identify and position the product to a variety of users

• Work with a growing team of sales professionals and lead generators

• Source new sales leads in government and government contracting

• Full life cycle sales including lead generation, demos, in person client meetings, contract negotiations, closing and assistance with account mgmt

This role is for you if you have/are:

• Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to perform and make a difference, sales mindset

• 5+ years of successfully selling into government contractors or the government

• Experience working with clients in government contracting; excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Managerial experience leading teams and communicating across different teams

• Previous experience required selling a technology product

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution

• Security clearance preferred
